Magnesium alloy plate
Or called magnesium alloy extruded plate
Main application:
It is in wide variety of uses including aircraft fuselages, cell phone and laptop cases, speaker cones and concrete tools. Especially AZ31B plate can be super formed at elevated temperatures to produce a wide variety of intricate components for automotive uses. It is also available as tooling plate which is specially produced to provide a flat plate surface. Usually buyer after get it ,will make some CNC machining process ,make it into all kinds of complex parts.

Normal material used:
AZ31B, AZ61A, AZ80A, ZK60A

Main Mechanical properties:
Depends on the material and final shape, take AZ31B plate as sample ,
Tension strength at about 275 mpa
Yiled strength at about 180mpa
Elongation at about 12%
