1:What format of the file do you need if I want to make my own design ?
 JPG, AI, CRD or PDF are ok. if you have your own sample , that will be great !

2: How many colors are available ?
 We normally make 4-5 colors, such as Black, coffee, blue, purple, red. You can choose colors from the color swatch if your order reaches the MOQ each color, or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

3: What is your payment terms?
Our normal payment term is TT, 30% deposit after order confirmation,  and 70% before shipment. We also accept LC at sight, cash is welcome too.
