A: Yes, customer design,especially OEM/ODM, is welcomed.Please feel free to send us your design for development. If necessary, we can keep your design protected under law.

Q: Do you have some special policies for Brand company?
A: Yes, we have some special support for company who has own brand and also in our VIP customers list.

Q: Can I change my order once it is confirmed?
A: We regret that we are unable to remake it once one order is produced. We don’t have any refund policy for confirmed and flawless product, but we accept your changes before we send the order to production.

Q: Can I get refund? If yes, then how?
A: If we make your order wrong in color, size and design, then we will produce again for free or you can ask for refund for this order.

Q: How long to deliver the products?
A: After we confirm the order, usually, small quantity order would be delivered around 15-25 days, and HQ order around 25-40 days , If the item which you choose we have ready gray fabric, then we can deliver around 7-15 days.
