1. Purpose

The abrasion wheel saw belongs to the high speed saw cutting equipment and is mainly used for the saw cutting in cold and hot steel state. The product structure type can be divided into lever-type and slide carriage type. Its main specification mainly contains f1000mm, f1250mm, f1600mm, etc. The equipment has the characteristics of good cut incision, no trimming and no burrs. It is used with the shear gauge and can realize the automatic sizing cutting off on assembly line.

Steel Pipe Drift Diameter Detecting Equipment

Purpose

This machine is composed of flat pallet, material storing rack, flat roller bed (1), flat roller bed (2), opening and closing rack, drift diameter station, cutting materials rack. Its function is mainly to transport the straightening steel pipe to  No.1 band saw in group to do the flat cutting and to No.2 band saw to do the fixed size cutting, and do the projectile drift diameter work in the drift diameter station, at last, transport the steel pipe into the vortex detection roller bed with the help of material blocking arm and reverse turning bed at the end of the cutting materials rack. The flat pallet takes the automatic operation and others all take the manual operation.
Steel Pipe Internal Dust Cleaner

Purpose

This machine is used for cleaning the inner surface dust of steel pipe after  heat treatment.

Machine Constitution: This machine is composed of receiving skid, kick-off device, soot blower, dust pelletizing system, hydraulic valve set, pneumatic system and electrical system.
