The equipment is mainly used for straightening and finishing hot rolling round rods to meet the requirements of the ex factory straightness of the bar or to provide a better straight blank for the next working procedure

Steel bell: carbon steel (Q195, Q235), excellent carbon steel (45), alloy structural steel (40Cr), low alloy steel (20MnSiv, 20MnSinb), cold heading steel (ML40), spring steel (60SizMn), gear steel (CrMnTi).

Maximum yield strength: s (max) 900Mpa

The original bending: less than 20mm/m
