Product Detail
LSMO is oxide ceramic target, color: black, density: 4.9-6g/cm3, purity: 99.9%. Depending on the dopant, it can be prolonged in the air without being oxidized. The final product is finished through vacuum sintering furnace, hot pressing furnace, hot isostatic pressing furnace, thermal mechanical treatment and precise mechanical processing. It's currently widely used for solid oxide fuel cells, electrode materials, microwave magnetic materials, redox catalysts, magnetoelectric, superconducting matrix, semiconductor target materials.
