SAP-303 High precision servo drive fully automatic multi color screen printing equipment for glass bottles and vials
Application
This is our latest multicolor screen printing equipment with servo drive. It is applying to print on any shape of bottle, vial and container with multicolor 360°full circle in one printing action. Whole servo drive system is more precise and efficient in production. What to speak of is that machine can be applied for multifunction purpose according to customer’s request, for example, the second color/platform can be replaced with hot stamping purpose.
Products to print: glass bottle, plastic tube, drink bottles, water tumbler, perfume bottle, plastic cup, glass vials etc.
Description
1. Programmable logic controller and touch screen display
2. Servo motor driven transmission system, print head and screen frame etc. makes higher accuracy.
3. Automatic loading and unloading system with speed adjustable conveyor belt and multi axis servo robot.
4. The jigs on machine are controlled by servo motor in rotation.
5. For cylindrical product without registration point, we have optional video positioning system to figure out. Also can avoid printing on the molding line on bottle.
6. With LED UV curing or electric UV curing system (optional).
7. All the tooling parts like jig can be changed quickly for other product to print.
8. With security systems.
