Application
This semi automatic silk screen printing machine is specially designed for printing on surface of flat products like paper, glass, CD, nameplate, sticker, credit card, ceramic decal, PVC, PCB, and membrane switch in electronic industry. It is also applicable to print on golden and silver cardboard, metal sheet, and other products which have high requirement in printing.

Description
1. Three modes in setting for printing procedure: manual, semiautomatic and fully automatic.
2. Printing head goes up and down controlled by cylinder, which also makes installation and disassembly of scraper, ink blade, and screen frame easily.
3. Automatic lock function for adjusting vertically and horizontally.
4. Platform is with vacuum pump suction system.
5. Precise in registration for multicolor printing purpose.
6. Table goes up and down controlled by turbo lift and servo motor.
7. Accurate guide rod and balance mechanism contribute to well guiding.
8. Safety fence makes operation in security.
