1) the use of glue temperature control in 160-180 Deg. C (the actual temperature of the thermosol groove), dashboard display temperature and the actual temperature may be biased, please do adjust the temperature to avoid high temperature for a long time (more than 180 DEG C) heating, influence the glue quality;

(2) changes with the bookbinding workshop temperature, adhesive flowability, curing time for a change, please timely adjustment of thermosol groove temperature and gel loading speed of bookbinding machine;

(3) for periodic cleaning thermosol groove of the residue and outer into the impurities, prevent glue due to local overheating of aging, coking, and influence the adhesive binding quality;
