Our garden bib tap is made of brass, wall mounted to connect with the water pipe to work as the function of ball valve, which looks more like a simple style of faucet. Normally one end is mounted to a T connection which is embedded to join with the water pipe, and there is usually a hose connector to connect with hose on the other end. The body of the garden bib tap is forged by brass Hpb57-3. The body is adopted the technique of forging which the brass bar is heated with high temperature, then put into the mould. After that it is cooled down rapidly, the body is formed the initial shape. The forging of the desired shape and size is obtained by means of force or pressure to deform the metal in the offset or forging die. Forging is one of the important forming methods of metal parts. It can ensure that metal parts have good mechanical properties to meet the requirement of use. After that, all burrs and sharp edges of garden bib tap are carefully removed by the worker. Then the bibcock is coming into the stage of assembly. Ball is hit into the body, PTFE seat is necessary to increase the tightness. Of course, all parts of this garden bib tap must be cleaned with no oil and grease before assembling. The ball is made of brass Hpb57-4. The stem to fix the lever as well as the lock cap is also made by brass Hpb57-3. All these key parts to be used with brass can let this garden bib tap be a durable product which can stay in good condition for a long time, even if used a lot. For this style, in most instances, Q235 material is used to do the handle and covered with a wave-shape rubber cap which can increase the gripping power and not slippery to turn or close. Different colors are optional for the handle, red, yellow, blue etc.
