Water strainer

The water strainer adopts stainless steel filter which is not easy to rust and easy to remove. The density of stainless steel mesh is 140 mesh/square inch.

Economical plastic baffle is selected to be used. Our products have been tested over thousands of times. By constantly discovering problems and improving problems, the baffle is made flexibly switch on and off.

Installation instructions for water filter valves

1.       Range of application

The water strainer is widely used in the pipeline engineering system to filter the impurities in the medium, so that the flow medium meets the work requirement. Working temperature - 10 ? or less t 120 ? or less and nominal pressure of 1.6 MPa

l  The filter mesh is made of stainless steel

l  The valve cover is sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene and the removal of the cleaning mesh is extremely convenient.

3.       Installation Instruction

l  When installing, please pay attention to the direction of the flow of the medium and the direction of the arrow on the strainer valve body.

l  Pipe thread connection filters, the installation should wrench when tightening the hexagonal or octagonal position of the screw thread on the same side, should not wrench on the other end of the hexagonal or octagonal position, so as not to impact the body deformation or open.

l  The dividing circle on the flange filter should be compatible with the pipe flange dividing size. The center of the two ends should be perpendicular to the flanged plane of the water filter, otherwise the valve body will be distorted and deformed.

l  The water strainer shall be cleaned regularly according to the condition of the dielectric, so as to prevent impurities blocking the circulation of the media.
