Distillation Tower

Sometimes it’s also called Distillation Column. It’s used for separating various components with different Boiling point, by heating and stilling, for higher purity of a certain component. Especially used in Alcohol purification, Coal or Oil Seperation, etc.

It consists of Re-boiler, Reaction Column, Condenser with rasching ring or other filler, Fractionating condenser, Full condenser and Collecting tank.

Design Volume: 2000L (or bigger volume as per request)

Usage Volume: 40~80%

Re-boiler: 9m2

Full Condenser: 3m2

Fractionating Condenser: 1.50m2

Design Temperature: 200 °C~600 °C

Working Temperature:

Tow or Column 100 °C

Reboiler Tube 150 °C

Design Pressure: ATM

Working Pressure: ATM

Test Pressure: 0.1MPa

Material:

Stainless steel 304, 316 or other material as per customer request, frame material Q234

Heating Device:

Thermal oil or electric heater

Cooling Device:

Cooling sleeve (medium water)

Reaction cycle:

Material feeding into column--Reboiler--Reaction Column with  Raschig ring filling-- Fractionating Condenser--Full Condenser (connected with woggle joint)--Collecting tank
