Working process

1.Sludge pump sucking sludge and water into sludge tank, the sludge inlet mouth has baffle, reduce the pressure and impact force, then the level will grow slowly.

2.Then water from sludge tank will overflow to medicine dosing area, here dosing system add medicine to sludge, then it overflow to flocculation area.

3.Here sludge and water simply separated, easy for next step press dewatering.

4.Sludge overflow from Flocculation area to screw by connect pipe, then enter the head of screw press area.

5.Here sludge at thickening zone simple separate, then come into press area, screw press and water out from disc, and discharged, sludge come out from the end, the whole process is over.

6.After finished process, please open the water tap and clean the machine.
