Copper-based PCB is a unique metal-based CCL copper substrate, which has good thermal conductivity, electrical insulation properties and machinability. Copper-based Printed Circuit Board is the most expensive one in metal Core PCBs, but the thermal effect is much more better than Aluminum base or Iron base, it's mostly used for high frequency circuits, high & low temperature variation region and advanced communication equipment cooling and building decoration industry.
