Conveying Machine including Feeding Conveyor, Blanking conveyor and Foaming machine. Instead of the traditional manual operation, only the rails are placed in the horizontal conveyor, and the guide rail is placed on the edge of the liquid by the PLC control, so the machining quality is improved and the reduced labor.

Technical parameter

longitudinal transmission wheel adopts the polyurethane material , it can protect zinc coating on the surface of guide rails.

longitudinal (lift) conveyor main material using rectangular tubes and C-section steel, transmission chain adopts built-in way.

Cross conveyor material adopts rectangular tubes. 

Lifting traversing mechanism adopts sliding track, which is reliable, high precision and durable.

The whole line of electrical control for the PLC control mode, the action instructions, signal transmission should be accurate and reliable

The longitudinal transmission speed is about 12~15 m/min.
