The cleaning machine is a longitudinal through type, the guide rail passes

through the cleaning area, the flushing area, the rust prevention rinsing area and the drying machine to complete the cleaning work.

When cleaning the guide rail, metal cleaning agent should be added into the cleaning room and heated to the service temperature. The proportion of cleaning agent and water should be prepared according to the cleaning agent.

The washing machine trough and heating tank are made of 3MM steel plate, and the drive way of the cleaning roller table is chain drive.

The cleaning roller is made of stainless steel and the roller diameter is 90MM.

Using electric heating form, divided into two sections, each section of 24KW, a total of 48KW

The cleaning system is composed of water pump, water tank, nozzle and nozzle. The water tank is provided with a water inlet, a water outlet, an overflow port and a sewage outlet, etc. the temperature control is controlled automatically by a digital display controller. The inner liner of the water tank adopts an insulating layer with a thickness of 50mm, thereby reducing the heat energy loss.
