Cartridge check valve is designed in poppet or ball style element against the valve seat as opposed to the poppet, the mail function of cartridge check valve is to prevent the flow at reverse direction while the valve allows free flow in one direction. The cartridge check valve is mostly used to isolate a section of a hydraulic circuit or to allow a one free flow path and certainly blocked the reverse fluid flow, mostly for the purpose of protection for overpressure in hydraulic system.

Finotek cartridge check valve is designed with the simply inner structure and no leakage, all key parts are hardened to extend the long service life, our cartridge check valve should be the reliable protector in the hydraulic system.

Specifications of cartridge check valve:

Max. operation pressure: 40Mpa, 400bar or more 

Max. flow rate: From 1ml to 500ml optional  

Valve Inner leakage: Zero leakage for ball or poppet check valve 

Cracking pressure: Less than 0.5bar or optional

Cartridge check valve house: Anodized 6160-T6 aluminum for 210bar and 350bar in carbon steel materials.

Valve working temperature: -22° F to +250° F (-30°C to +120°C)

Solenoid voltage range: voltage tolerance from 90% 110%.

Medium: Mineral-based fluids better
