Automatic Coupler Pressing machine is our newly designed machine which can saving workers, old type pressing machine need two workers, one worker hold clamp and another worker control the oil pressure, with this new Auto quick speed cold pressing machine only one worker hold clamps and there is switch on the clamp and the fixed pressure device on oil pump, we can fix the pressure according to different couplers and when the pressure reach the requirement the oil pump will stop the pressure itself so no need extra workers to control it.

1. Description of automatic pressing machine:

LJY32:  pressing 16-32mm coupler

LJY40: Pressing 36-40mm coupler

2. Working Steps:

First put one rebar end into half of the pressing couplers, and pressing the couplers by pressing mould to make it connected with the rebar.

Then put second rebar end into half of the pressing coupler and pressing it according to the pressing line.

3. Advantage:

This machine is easy only need one worker to operat it, you can fixed the pressure first according to the coupler size and then when pressing it, when the pressure reach the fixed pressure it will stop pressure itself, no need extra workers to stand by oil pump to control the pressure.
