The TJ type release is improved based on the TS type. it is not easy to plug in the back flushing. There is a reed inside. When working normally, the reed is in the working position. If the release is blocked by impurity in the water, the gate after the water emitter can be opened to make the water emitter work. At this point, the negative pressure will be generated in the vacuum tube, and the reed will be pulled up. Therefore, the channel of the water flow is increased, and the impurity is discharged and the gate is closed. That is, the reed can be reset and the normal work will be performed.

The release device is a key device in a dissolved air flotation system.
Pressure  dissolved gas only through the device step-down energy dissipation, can help release a large number of fine bubbles. Good or  bad performance  of the releaser, involves the fineness of bubbles. It directly affects  the effect of air float water purification. The release device can be backwashed, not easy to plug.
