1.  Do you accept OEM service?

Welcome, Hongtian supply OEM service: Customized products, customized package, customized manual and emboss any LOGO on the products.

If it’s necessary, We can open new mold as your requirements. 

2.  How about the warranty?

We support 1% spare parts of the order and the damaged products can be returned within 1 week if there are any quality problems from our factory.

Any quality issue, we will deal with it immediately.

3.  What’s the delivery time for the OEM/ODM order?

35 work days after all order details confirmed as beginning.

To shorten the delivery, customer will place some PCB for preparation, so the period will be 15 work days.

4.  What kind of shipping way you support?

DHL/FedEx/UPS/EMS is accepted. it is better if you have your own freight agency.

5.  What's your usual payment term for orders?

Deposit on 30% in advance, balance payment before delivery T/T.
