1.  Are you a factory?

Yes, 100% pure factory with 80000 square meters industrial park.

2.  Hou about the price?

The price is negotiable. It can be changed according to your quantity or package. 

When you are making an inquiry, please let us know the quantity you want.

 

3.  Do you supply sample?

Due to most of our products are high value products, free samples is not available in Hopestar. If you need to order sample for checking-up, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and shipping fee, and the samples will be sent to you after receipt of payment.

 

4.  Do you accept OEM service?

Welcome, Hongtian supply OEM service: Customized products, customized package, customized manual and emboss any LOGO on the products.

If it’s necessary, We can open new mold as your requirements. 

 

5.  How about the warranty?

We support 1% spare parts of the order and the damaged products can be returned within 1 week if there are any quality problems from our factory.

Any quality issue, we will deal with it immediately.

 

6.  What’s the delivery time for the OEM/ODM order?

35 work days after all order details confirmed as beginning.

To shorten the delivery, customer will place some PCB for preparation, so the period will be 15 work days.
