Aluminum Die casting is an aluminum alloy casting process that is represented by forcing melting aluminum into a mold cavity under high pressure. The mold cavity is created using two hardened die steel halves which are machined into shape and work similarly as injection mold.

Aluminum die casting is efficient and economical and offers a wide range of durable shapes. Little or no machining is required after a part is die cast, because the process provides very close tolerances for even complex shapes. Aluminum die castings can also be easily plated. Aluminum die castings are dimensionally stable and heat resistant.
