BOCCER Kitchen Cabinet material information

Kitchen Cabinet Door and drawer front: 18mm painted MDF for lacquered line,  Drawer front require at least 200mm height to make design/profile. 

Kitchen Cabinet boxes Ends: 16mm thick, industrial grade moisture proof particleboard impregnated with thermal fused melamine on the interior and exterior with white melamine. The ends are PVC edge-banded on 4 sides.

The ends are bored for shelf adjustment. Exposed end panels require changing the end exterior to wood veneer or replaced by a board that is matching door color. The veneer is finished with the same staining process that is used on the door.

*For home owner/house builders:
Step 1: Tell us your dream about kitchen.

Step 2: Submit dimension information.
At the beginning of designing work, our designers require a floor plan of your kitchen room, it needs to show complete dimensions information in the room: width of each wall, ceiling height, location of doors and windows and their sizes. So, if you do not have these information now, please take measure at site, or you can ask your house builder to supply the floor plan.
If possible, please supply spec. information of all the appliances in your kitchen (the installing instruction file is perfect):Oven, Microwave, dishwasher, cooker, range hood (exhauster).
If not, we will design with standard appliances' sizes firstly, later we can make correction when you get them.
 
Step 3: Designing and choosing material.
After our designers get the basic sizes information of kitchen room, a designing work will be started right away, you just need to wait for 1 to 3 days to get the drawings. At the mean time, you will decide the materials you need.
 

Step 4: Checking and correcting
We will send the kitchen drawings to you in PDF files, please check the drawings and make correction where is needed in the design. We are happy to work with you to make everything perfect.
 
Step 5: Quotation
At time of sending our initial design, we will send an estimate on your kitchen. If you need to have idea about the shipping cost, please supply us the destination port name.
Needless to say, you will get the best quality kitchen, and the best service in China.

Step 6: Confirming order
After the design and quotation work is done, we will send out a PI for your confirmation, and please also sign the design and return back to us.
We will start to produce at time of receiving the deposit.
 
Step 7: Producing
Yubang Co. will do carefully QC and send photos showing the process of producing, you will be kept updated with what is going on with your kitchen.
Delivery leads time as following:
1. Solid wood kitchen: 30-- 45 days.
2. Lacquered MDF Kitchen: 15-20 days
3. Wood Veneered Kitchen: 15-20 days
4. Melamine finished MDF kitchen: 15-20 days
 
Step 8: Finished and delivery
Congratulations, let us cheer right now.
Your kitchen is done. Please have your shipping forwarder come to our factory and ship the cabinets. Every carton will be with clear label showing content inside: what is this cabinets, and where
 
Step 9: After sales service
Please feel free to contact us for any further information regarding installing cabinets, and any quality issue.

Step 1: Supply Cabinets spec. information or design/drawings.
If there is your own cabinetry list system, please feel free to send us, we will calculate the cost basing on what is supplied.
However, we have our own cabinetry spec. system, for North America market, the cabinets spec. are in inches, full access cabinetry (without face frame, or named European>We are happy to supply our cabinets' price list.
If you got jobs need quotation, please send us the design/drawings done by your designer.
