W43 series roller leveler is leveling of metal plate, strip and special equipment, leveling uneven material under cold, uncoiling, leveling and shearing of all types of rolling mills and strip products, part of the steel plate pretreatment production line, with other equipment supporting the use of, or standalone use. Complete machine using split-frame structure, the next row work roll fixed on the next frame, upper work roll fixed on the walking beam, active beams can be moved up and down and press a certain angle of tilt to accommodate different thicknesses of sheet leveling, in order to ensure precision of leveling, upper and lower rows of rollers are equipped with supporting rollers. Two rows of rollers are active roll up and down, and using integrated planetary reduction drive, compact structure.
