Note: Properties of Fluoroelastomer Pre-compounds depend on formulation, particularly on ratio of additive and filler, above table is an overview of existing grades of FUDI FKM. We can tailor FKM products as per customer’s applications and requirements.

Processing methods:

Adopt typical FKM mixing formulations and conventional fillers and various additives to mix and process in cold enclosed mixing mill or open mixing mill. First, mix fillers and additives evenly, and then add FKM to mix and compound. Fluoroelastomer Pre-compounds FD2617 will have good storage stability and resistance to scorch after mixing evenly.
