Shock response spectrum test:

Control Method: 

Based on the impedance matrix decoupling control with compensation, can accurately control the reference waveform, for online control of error correction, to adapt the system characteristics of nonlinear changes of different kinds of situation.

Incentive group:

The number of incentive group: 2~16 incentive group, each group corresponds to a reference PSD spectra, the relationship between any two incentive groups can through the phase spectrum and coefficient to determine. Every incentive group contains at least one input control channel and one output channel. Any input channel can be used as a control channel, when the same incentive groups have multiple control channels, there has to be a master control channel. 

The security check: Vibration Shaker limit, Opened-loop check, RMS Abort, alarm/ abort check, driver restriction, manual Abort

The reference spectrum:

The target spectrum: spectrum number is same as incentive groups, each of the target spectrum set respectively. Set the SRS reference spectrum, and synthesize the corresponding transient waveform.

SRS Type: AbsMax, PosMax, NegMax

Analysis range: set up reference frequency and SRS analysis frequency range

Fractional Octave Number (1/N): 1~48

Damping and Q value: settable

Sampling frequency: 20-51.2 KHz

The Windowing Type: Hanning window, it can set before and after length ratio.

The Compensation Mode: No Compensation, DC remove and high-pass filter.

The control performance:

Accuracy of Equalization: It is restricted to target waveform characteristics and vibration system. During the Closed-loop test, control response is equalized to the target waveform within±5% error of Max. Value.

The data adjustment: Waveform amplitude can be adjusted in proportion.

The reference limit: Automatic computing maximum/minimum value, and compare to vibration table limits.

Sampling Rate: 20Hz to 51.2 kHz, according to sampling frequency’s import the signal

Block Size: 215, 1024, 2048, 4096, 8192

Duration: Unlimited, depends on the reference waveform

Extension Control Function

Rectangular Matrix Control

MIMO decoupling matrix adopt square matrix control or Rectangular Matrix Control. Typical configuration is only supported Rectangular Matrix Control, its incentive group number equals to the number of driver output. Rectangular matrix control allows driver outputs more than the number of incentive groups.

Virtual Channel/ synthesis and decomposition of DOF

A virtual channel can be made by the actual input matrix transformation, realize the transformation of different coordinate system. Typically applied on the synthesis and decomposition of degrees of freedom, to realize true 3-axis 6 DOF control.

Multivariable Control

In a relatively low frequency, the acceleration sensor’s SNR is not so good, contrast, in high frequency, the SNR of the displacement sensor is worse than acceleration sensor; To obtain satisfactory signal-to-noise ratio within the full range of frequencies, can use multivariable control, low frequency signal more rely on displacement sensor, while high frequency signal more reply on acceleration sensor, therefore achieve consistent control precision in the frequency range

Channel limit of random test

The monitoring channel can be set as limit according to PSD/ RMS, refer to incentive group or global control.
