Product Information

UV CTP platesetter adopts 405nm laser diodes and external drum design to ensure the biggest energy transfer and exposure precision. It is applicable for printing factories, newspaper printing centers, commercial printing areas, the suitable plates is CTcP plates (UV plates) and some brands conventional plates.

We have 32/48/64 channels of laser diodes configuration to suit for different working speed requirements.

The external drum structure keeps the circumferential direction of the plate same during the plate making process and printing process, which ensure the stable dots shape, to achieve the best combination results of plate making and printing.

SMART CTP system provides optional automatically punch system to realize accurate overprinting.

The marble base can control the expand with heat and contract with cold effectively, thus ensure the output resolution under any environmental temperature.

Continuous plate-loading is available with double plate bed. Front unloading & back unloading is optional and the on-line processing operation can be achieved with automatically Bridge.

The independent dust control system keep laser units clean and the reliable output quality.

The open control system makes laser power adjustable, output speed adjustable, plate parameter adjustable and convenient operation.
