Q:How about your product quality?

A:Our raw materials are all purchased from qualified suppliers and we have very strict QC standard to assure our final products meeting your requirements.

Q:Does it work with all devices?

A:It is compatible with all types of smart phone and tablets. Thanks to the 2.1A of output power, it integrates an automatic detection system providing a fasting high efficient charging method.

Q:Does it come with a cord for charging?

A:Yes, it includes one micro USB cable.

Q:Does this have a power off function? Or does it turn off by itself?

A:It can turn off by itsself if three mins after stop work. Of course, you can manually to shut down through double click button.

Q:How long does it take to charge?

A:It depends what amp plug you are charging it with.

Q:What is your daily capacity

A:We normally produce power bank around 2000pcs per day, too small quantity compared to other factory. But we give the first priority to quality, all the cargoes shipped from our factory must be 100% quality inspected.

Q:What artwork requirements if customize design or logo?

A:Normally Ai, PSD or eps format documents are required. For logo printing or engraving, the logo image or text must be provided as a vector file which retains its high resolution.

Q:Is it possible to pay less Custom Taxes?

A:Yes, we can change to lower value in Invoice and avoid high tax, but Custom Departments of your country will inspect the reasonable of price. There is risk to meet problem when you deal with Custom Clearance.

Q:How do you ship my cargoes and how long does it take to delivery?

A:We usually ship cargoes by UPS or by Sea. If small quantity, we prefer to arrange shipment by UPS express, it will take 3-5 days. If in bulk, we suggest to shipping by sea to save logistics cost, normally it will last 20 - 40days based different destination countries.
