Description:

Tungsten sheet can be applied in X-ray inspection device for medical use as the radiation shielding material and radiation-protective equipment for nuclear facilities. By special hot rolling and cold rolling processing, they can also be used as the materials for producing high quality tungsten electrode, heating element, heat shield, sintering boat, sputtering target, crucible and vacuum applications.
With high purity above 99.95%, metallic silver luster tungsten sheets are rolled and annealed to provide the optimum condition for the desired end use. We can provide rolled, cleaned, machined or ground finish tungsten sheets upon the customer required thickness.

Applications:

Suitable for producing ion implantation parts.

For producing electric light source parts,components of electric vacuum.

For producing W-boats,heat shield and heat bodies in high temperature furnace.

Used for tungsten sputtering target.

Size: 0.05~50mm(thickness)×50~500mm(width)×100~1500mm(length).

Features:

1. The density of pure tungsten sheet is no less than 19.15g/cm3;
2. Its radiation shielding effect is equivalent to that of lead plate;
3. Tungsten sheet is much easier to machine than lead. The sheet can be cut or holed with home-use scissors, formed into shapes with any curved surface;
4. It is soft, retractable, foldable, and durable to bear repeated bending;
5. It is easy to handle and without pollution risks;
6. The thickness of tungsten sheet can be made within the ranges of 0.2mm to 2.0 mm.
