Description:

 

The 60khz Customized Ultrasonic Transducer is applied in new application of Medicine Cutting. It will be widely used in Surgical cutting and stop bledding. 

 

The transducer converts high-frequency electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibrations. And it contains several piezoelectric ceramic discs sandwiched under pressure between two metal blocks. Between each disc is a thin metal plate, which forms the electrode. When a sinusoidal electrical signal is fed to the transducer via the electrodes, the discs expand and contract, producing axial vibrations.

Warranty:
We offer the same warranty as the OEM, namely, three years one-time replacement.
Simply ship the broken unit back to arrive within three years of original shipment, and it will be replaced (one time).

Replacement ultrasonic converter for Dukane 110-3122,
for use with all 20KHz 2000 and 2000X actuator and IW systems.
