1.Are you a manufacturer, trading company or a third party?

We are a manufacturer, and we also have our own trading company.

2. Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in the second largest tiles industrial base in China--Zibo City.

3. How can i get to your factory?

We can pick you up from Jinan airport, which is one and half hours by car from our factory.

4. If i will need to stay in your place for few days, can you book the hotel for me?

It’s always my pleasure, hotel booking service is available.

5. What is your minimum order quantity, can you send me samples?

Our minimum quantity is half container each item .Small samples are free, but customer has to bear the courier charge.

6. Which level of quality are your products?

All our products are AAA grade, first choice. We have certificate for ISO, CE, SGS, SASAO, CIQ,etc.

7. What is the delivery time of your product?

If stock available, delivery date will be within one week after receiving payment.

If stock not available, it will be 7-15 days after receiving deposit.

8. As the shipping period will take long time, how can you make sure when we receive the goods, they are still well packaged.

We are using strong wooden pallets , 8 high quality green plastic belts and blue shrinking bag. 

9. May i know which payment will be accepted by your company?

Normally we request 30% T/T as deposit, 70% balance by T/T before loading. This can be negotiable.

10. About the after-sale service, how can you solve the problems occurred of your overseas customer in time?

If you receive defective products, please take photos for this and we will submit these photos to our quality control department. After checking and evaluation, we will refund you and this process will be around one week.
