Thermoplastic PP Honeycomb Panel

Thermoplastic PP Honeycomb Panel--Holypan® is a high-tech thermoplastic sandwich panel, with PP honeycomb core and glass woven reinforced PP sheet on the two sides. With good property on light weight, environmentally friendly etc., Holypan®  is widely used in van, architectural, outdoors, home furnishing, industrial product and high-end packing materials etc.

Dimensions and Colors:

1. Thicknesses:range from 10mm to 50mm thickness

2. Dimensions:standard width:2.3meters and 2.5meters, could customized;

length:more than 13meters

3. Colors:standard color: transparent  or painted on one side with white color.

Q: What’s the difference between your FRP honeycomb panel and HolyPan?

A: FRP Honeycomb panel is consisted by FRP skin and pp honeycomb core with glue system while HolyPan is made of thermoplastic skin and pp honeycomb core through heating, although their structures are similar yet they are totally different in craft. More and more customers are choosing HolyPan over traditional FRP honeycomb panel now.

Q: Do you only supply panels or also the entire truck body?

A: We are panel manufacturer, but we also have workshop for entire truck body.

Q: What is the delivery time for 20ft?

A:15-20days after received the payment.
