Product Details

This hydraulic double-mould tire shaping and curing press consists of main machine, tire loader, green tire holder, mould opening & closing detector, tire unloader, thermal pipeline, hydraulic system and control system, etc.

1. Main machine of hydraulic double-mould tire shaping and curing press has frame type welded structure which has high strength and small deformation.  

2. Curing chamber is platen type, which moves up and down vertically. The centering of mould has high accuracy.

3. Central mechanism is BOM type, and the bladder extending height is controlled by displacement sensor to achieve tire shaping height precisely.

4. Tire loader of the hydraulic double-mould tire shaping and curing press has vertical double linear guide to realize swinging in and out smoothly.

    5. Tire unloader is assembled in double-column docking type to save space.

6. Our hydraulic double-mould tire shaping and curing press uses PLC for real-time control which can finish the vulcanizing and parameters setting rapidly.
