Stenter machine

Usage of the machine:

This machine series are used for fabric-stabilized finish and heat setting for cotton and it blends. 

Process flow: 

Two roller expander-slat centering—two bowl padder—auto weft straighter—lower overfeeding—expanding—upper overfeeding—tooth plate edge expanding—brush wheel overfeeding pining on---glumming—setting-coolant air-plaiter

Machine Mainly Structure

Infeed Frame: E+Linfra red centering device.

Horizontal padder:

Rubber roller 315mm. Imported material made. 

Liquid tough is SS 304 made.

body wall is 25mm thickness. 

Cylinder is Taiwan brand,pressure is adjustable and Max is 8tons.

Driven device motor is 11kw. 

Auto Weft straightner: E+Lbrand.  

Machine head

Two fabrics guide roller,each equips 1.5kw gear reducer motor.

Edge tracing E+L brand.

Two fingers Edge spreading,E+L brand

Overfeeding device: Overfeeding rate:20%~+50% ,Lenze motor driven

Hot air chambers

Insulated wall is 150mm thickness. 

Two sets 7.5kw motor driven each chamber.

Electric motor is “SIOEMENS” ,

Nozzle thickness 0.8mm,zinc plate.

exhaust blower two sets,each is 5.5KW ,Blower motor is: Siemens

Rail pin plates ,Rail each side is 11sections,thickness is 6mm steel plate. Has been heat treatment. 

Chain oil maintain is about more than 8000hours.

Driven motor is 11kw,two sets. 

Chain driven motor is Lenz of Germany.

Width adjust device

Totally 11sets,driven seperately,each driven by 0.75kw motor. 

Coolanty system

Coolant driven motor is 5.5KW?

Rolling and plaiting deivce 

Plaiting range:900~1100mm

Rolling Max diameter is 500mm
