Main properties and characteristics:

1. Feeding part: on a hydraulic arm lifting, with 75mm (152mm) type air shaft. The gas brake, brake force controlled by proportional pressure regulator to enable smooth unwinding tension, discharging is equipped with manual adjustment mechanism.

2. Membrane-free alarm device: use conductive brush-free film can be alarming, no membrane part of the paper will be removed in a timely manner the welding.

3. Tray table and weld: paper adopts pneumatic rod, heat bonding heaters using cast aluminium structure, electric heating, temperature control, lift the heater motor drive, screw drive.

4. Correction system: using process correction mode; optical head using Germany imported devices rectifying system adopt PLC control, limit alarms and displays.

5. Drive system: in front of the cutting with a pair of rollers and steel roller drive system, it is the main line of speed. primary power from the motor to the machine pull roll, both for traction power paper, and cut parts tension stability.
