1. What is your minimum order quantity, can you send me samples?

Minimum quantity depends on product designs. Samples can be sent you freely if available. However if no existing size, you need to pay for mold cost to make new samples.

2. Which level of quality are your products?

We have got ISO, SGS, Rohs certificate so far. 

3. What is the delivery time of new order?

In general, the delivery time is about 45 days, new product will be delivered as the negotiation with our clients. 

4. Can the products be customized as our need, such as put on our logo?

Surely our goods can be customized as your need, Put on your logo is also available. 

5. As the shipping period will take long time, how can you make sure the product won’t be broken?

Our products is well packed and film wrapped if necessary, to make sure the products can be delivered to our customer smoothly, we will use the wooden case or pallet to fix the master boxes.
