Steel Melting Plant Ladle Handling Tundish Crane

The Steel Melting Plant Ladle Handling Tundish Crane is used to lift the molten metal. It is one of the main equipment in the steelmaking and continuous casting process. Longmen hook hanger is mainly used to assist the casting crane to complete the lifting and transportation of the steel (iron) water bag. Its working environment is very hot, dusty and frequently used, which is a very important part of the lifting mechanism of the foundry crane.

Classification of 1. hangers

The structural form of the hooked hoisting gear in Longmen has many forms according to the production needs, mainly with the following several kinds of common forms

Form:

The first one: single hanging point detachable Longmen hook (as in Figure 1).

The Longmen hook hanger is mainly composed of Longmen hook, fork, beam, heat insulation device and hoisting shaft. When the crane is used, the hoisting hook is directly hung on the lifting shaft, so the hanger is detachable, and it is simple and convenient to use.

Second kinds: single hanging point fixed Longmen hook (for example, figure 2).

The Longmen hook hanger is mainly composed of Longmen hook, fork, beam, heat insulation device and fixed pulley. The whole hanger is connected with the crane through the wire rope winding system, which is used as the main hook of the crane.

The crane hoisting mechanism using the above two sling is usually single and double brake. The sling is usually used for 80t (ladle and total steel weight) and the hoisting of the following ladles.

Third kinds: double hanging point fixed Longmen hook (for example, figure 3).

The Longmen hook hanger is mainly composed of Longmen hook, fork, beam, heat insulation device and double - fixed pulley. The trolley which uses this hoist rises to two sets of driving system and uses 4 wire rope winding system. The whole Longmen hooked hanger has good stress, high safety and wide use.

The fourth type: double hanging point variable hook type Longmen hook (such as Figure 4).

The composition of the Longmen hook hanger is similar to that of third kinds, but the cross beam has a slideway with the hook variable distance. The hook spacing in Longmen is variable, so it can meet the requirements of the same sling for lifting the ladle with different shafts.

The fifth type: double hoisting point rotatable Longmen hook (e.g. Figure 5).

A set of rotary mechanism is added to the composition of the Longmen hook and hanger on the basis of third sling. The slewing mechanism is located on the upper beam. When working, the slewing mechanism drives the rotary beam to rotate, so that the ladle can be rotated to a certain angle to meet different production needs.

Sixth kinds: four Longmen hook type hoist (such as Figure 6).

The hanger is mainly composed of I-type beam, double pulley group, four plate hook and heat insulation device, and there are four hanging points under the Longmen hook beam. It is mainly used to lift the tundish.

According to the different needs of production, the form of Longmen sling can be varied. On the basis of the double hook point Longmen hook, the balance arm device can be placed on the pulley block, and the tail end of the wire rope is fixed on the balance arm by the wedge sleeve and the rope clamp, so that the design is favorable for the layout of the car lifting mechanism. In addition, the Longmen hook under the crossbeam is removed in some cases and replaced by a hook structure to meet the needs of production.

2. conclusion

The different forms of Longmen hook and hoist are usually related to the form of lifting mechanism of cranes. To some extent, the form of hangers determines the layout way of hoisting mechanism, thereby affecting the price and performance of crane. Therefore, according to the needs of different production, the selection of different Longmen hook sling is of great significance.
