Stainless Steel Sanitary Tube

Stainless steel sanitary tubes are sanitary or food-grade stainless steel tubes.

Health level of seamless stainless steel pipe is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, beer, drinking water, biological engineering, chemical engineering, air purification and aviation industry for various industry fields such as national economic construction. The contents of the harmful elements contained in the stainless steel sanitary tubes must be below the national standard, and the non-hygienic tube is mainly used for industrial or civilian purposes.

The sanitary stainless steel pipe is mainly aimed at the surface finish of the stainless steel tube, the oil - free and the passivation layer:

1. Surface finish: polishing the inner and outer surface of the steel tube to make the surface of the steel tube bright; That's the mirror we always say. It is mainly to prevent the flow of fluid material inside the tube to form hanging wall in the tube, which is easy to contaminate and clog in the tube.

2. Passivation layer: after polishing, the steel tube should be put into the passivation pool for soaking, and the surface oxidation of the steel tube shall be oxidized into a passivation layer with acidic passivation to achieve the anti-corrosion effect of the steel tube.

3. Oil control degree: after the passivation is completed, the oil cleaning shall be carried out, and the oil on the surface of the steel pipe shall be removed. After finishing, the oil analyzer should be tested. The main prevention of oil pollution from the wall itself is the fluid material that goes inside the pipe.

1. Diameter control: tolerance, ±0.03 ~ ±0.08(0.1%)

3: straightness: less than 0.1mm/m;

4: surface: smooth surface, internal and external polishing;

5. Concentricity control: tolerance, ±0.02mm;

(Raw material) : 0Cr18Ni9(06Cr19 Ni10) meets the national standards

(Manufacturing) : cold rolling + fine rolling, the dimensions of the accuracy of about ±0.05mm

(Polishing) : mechanical polishing, liquid polishing (solving difficult problems in small pipe holes that cannot be polished and cleaned).

(Cleaning) : general cleaning and self-development of liquid polishing and cleaning, internal and external polishing, oil removal to ensure cleanliness.
