High Precision Stainless Steel Pipe Processing Machine Cold Rolling Mill

Stainless steel is an environmentally and healthy material, with long life, high strength, corrosion resistance, heat and insulation properties. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, aerospace, electronic instruments, food, medicine, metallurgy and other industries.

In general, high precision stainless steel pipe is formed on cold rolling mill by using rolling dies (moulds) and mandrel. Cold rolling mill is divided into two-roll type and three-roll type. Each different size of finished tube need different dies and mandrel. The tolerance of products after two-roll cold rolling machine achieves ±0.08mm, and the tolerance of products after three-roll cold rolling machines achieves ±0.05mm.

Because the stainless steel has high strength, the rolling dies should be made by forged H13.
