Semi-friable aluminium oxide is characterized as reasonable toughness, good self-sharpening, high temperature resistance and stable thermal stability. It is used for manufacturing ceramic abrasive, resin abrasive and coated abrasives.

Applications:

Semi-friable aluminium oxide is particularly applicable for grinding thermosensitive steel and alloy, ordinary industrial steel, bearing steel, all kinds of stainless steel, low and lower hardness non-ferrous metal materials like aluminum, copper, zinc, plumbum and non-metallic materials such as wood, plastic and leather.

Chracteristics:

1. High temperature resistance.

2. Corrosion and erosion resistance.

Low apparent porosity and stable thermal stability.
