Features of eps foam machinery

1. This kinds of machine could adopt multi-expand. Under correct operation, the machine's locking pressure is very big. So the steam leaking of the mould is less. It can save 50% steam during each cycle.

2. These kinds of machine can adopt the existing mould of the manual type machine. At the same time, the quality of the products is improved. The quality is equal to that product of the automatic vacuum shaping machine.

3. The product is shaped under computer's control. However bad the environment of the workshop is, the machine keep working at best situation. Its productivity is twice as the manual machine.
