The fuel is burn inside the burner to produce high temperature smoking and with the help of hot air oven with heating exchange performance to transfer the smoking to the air, and the smoking temperature reduce to 250? below and exhaust to the air by the draft fan. The air need to heat will be send to the hot air oven by the blower and then come out when reach rated temperature value. The burner will stop or change to the low flame automatically when the temperature of the hot air oven reach the upper limit while it reaches lower limit, it will burn again. The temperature rise speed can be adjusted by the inlet valve.
