Ringlock scaffolding system specification

Ringlock scaffolding system is the most advanced all round wedge lock type scaffolding system. This type of scaffolding system consists of scaffolding standards with ring every 0.5m and scaffolding horizontal with ledger end. When connected together, the Ledger end and scaffold ring create a very strong connection. It is easy to assembly and dismantle by just one person at any height.

The basic components of ringlock scaffolding: scaffolding standard, scaffolding ledger, scaffolding diagonal brace and scaffolding base jack.

The ringlock scaffolding standard is a vertical member of ringlock scaffolding and provides the vertical support. The ring are placed at fixed increments of 0.5m to provide vertical support when attaching horizontal ledgers and diagonal Braces. Normally our standard vertical is made with F48.3x3.25mm scaffolding tube, also can do it as per customers’ requirement.

The ringlock ledger is the ringlock horizontal member of ringlock scaffolding system. They provide horizontal support for ringlock planks. Normal our horizontal Ledger is Made from F48.3x3mm scaffolding tube.

Ringlock scaffolding diagonal braces are used for the lateral bracing of scaffolding system. They can also be used as compression and tension members for cantilevers/spurs, transmitting loads back into the main scaffold structure.

The scaffolding base jack is used as a starting base for a scaffolding. It is adjustable in height to allow for compensation on uneven surfaces so that a level scaffolding is always attainable.
