Rice Candy Production Line

This production line can produce rice candy in different sizes.The line consists of large scale air flow puffing machine,sugar cooking pot,mixing machine,automatic pressing and cutting machine,packaging machine,etc.

a.) It is mainly used to cut the mixed cereals products into required sizes and cool them down.

b.) It is controlled by two inventor which allow it finish the cross cut by one machine. 

c.) Its strong rollers make the mixture quite flat and stick to each other tightly, avoid splitting. 

d.) Its Touch Screen controller box allows operator to set the required cutting length and width .

e.) Machine parts which contact the foods are made of food grade plastic, and the machine body

    cover is made of stainless steel which is all suitable for food processing safety.
