Reverse Air Bags

In a reverse air bag house, the dirty air flows from the inside-to-outside, so that the dust collects on the inside of the filter bag. The filter bags are tubular, open at the bottom and connected to a tube sheet. They are supported from the top through a spring or J-bolt suspension system. The gas flow is reversed to initiate filter bag cleaning. Anti-collapse rings are sewn onto the outside of the bags at 3 to 4 foot intervals to prevent total collapse of the bags during the reverse air cleaning. Filter bags are cleaned one compartment at a time in the off-line mode.

Polyester filter bag

Material:

polyester filter bag are made of 100% filament polyester fiber,after needle punched, singed heat set calender for the raw polyester filter felt material, then polyester filter felt can be sewn into polyester filter bags.

Advantage:

Polyester bag filters Breaking Elongation is less than 20% for MD and 40% for CMD,low dry shrinkage, can work well in the 130 deg C. the material is cheaper than other material, so widely used in a lot of bag house system.

Reverse Fiberglass filter bag

Glass fiber filter cloth is made of the fiberglass yarn,with special treatment like graphite,silicon,ptfe dipping, against acid treatment and other chemical treatment. it is an ideal high temperature resist filter cloth the fiberglass filter bags are widely used in industrial dust clean area,bag house, air pollution and valuable dust recycling, etc.

The reverse fiberglass filter bag usually used the 450gsm to 550gsm fiberglass filer fabric.
