Overview

Rectangular screening machine is fit for separating or sieving granules, particles, pellets and granular materials.

When the multi deck vibrating screener starts to work, two vibrating motors installed on the sifter will work simultaneously but in reverse rotation.

Materials are thrown up on the sieve and pushed forward to make a straight movement under strong vibrating force and gravity of material itself.

Smaller materials than mesh size of pharmaceutical sieving equipment will pass through and are collected in different stainless steel buckets.

This separator can also be used for metal powder sieving, commercial automatic flour sifting, etc.
