Principle

Difference between pickling quartz and common quartz.

Work process: 

The process of washing quartz sand filter material is as follow:
Usually factory worker hand picking the quartz stone.
and then the quality of quartz ore determines the hydrochloric acid concentration and immersion time.
The next is broken, and now the quartz sand production equipment are integrated, the ore into the device is out of the finished product. But acid washed quartz sand is not suitable for this kind of equipment, because the ore can not be directly broken into the vibrating screen, but to enter the acid pool, so it is not suitable for integrated equipment.

Hydrochloric acid concentration is generally about 30%, soaking time is good at about 24 hours. After soaking quartz sand has no impurities, and the color becomes crystal clear white, after screening and washing, screening and washing in a set of equipment completed once.
