I. quantitative QL003-PFB a pillow filling machine developed by Division is mainly used in pillows, cushions and special equipment, equipment package consists of 2 operators to complete the entire operation;

II. mainly use two or three dimensions and length in 100MM within the Silicon polyester staple fibre (PP cotton);

III. opener opening rate, lower maintenance rate, minimizing damage to the fibers, maintain fiber original elasticity and texture;

IV. full set of equipment consisting of an opener and a wind machine is composed of two sets of padding, filling simple only need someone to finish.

V-the working primarily through the PLC program control.
