The QC12Y(QC12K) series digital-display / CNC swing beam shearing machine, adopted advanced plug-in logic valve hydraulic pressure system, meeting the DIN24342 Standard of West Germany. It is flexible, reliable to operate, convenient to adjust and maintain, and with good performance of anti-seep. Back-gauge adopts motorized adjusting device with counter displaying in the front. Moreover, it had a fast-adjusting device for blade clearance and lighting alignment device.

The plate shearing machine is designed to realize inching, single and continuous shearing, and interrupting and returning at any position. The control system is CNC two-axis and locating accuracy up to 0.20mm and repeating locating accuracy to 0.10mm.
