Pultruded gratings are made by assembling pultrusions,which are manufactured with a high percentage of glass(fiber rovings,continuous mat and surface veil),soaked with resin,and then come to designed shape by heating and pultruding.

We can not only through the choice of materials and layer such as process design to improve its performance, can also be the cross section and the structure optimization design, in order to meet the specific requirements.

1)High strenght:Pultruded gratings pose almost all features of molded gratings.What makes it different is its unidirectional strength.The fiberglass content of its loading bars is over 60%,providing an ideal solution for application where long span are required.

2) Anti-corrosion:The outer layer of pultrusions are embedded with woven fiberglass,providing a tight surface protection and durable structure,which make pultruded gratings great in bearing different kinds of acid,alkali,salt or organic solvent.

3)Less cutting loss:Bar length can be cut in any length before assembling,reducing finished costs of target sizes effectively.
